CLIPSO CHESHUNT RECRUITING FOR SALON MANAGER/FRANCHISE
We have a unique opportunity for the right person to join the award-winning Clipso Salon Group. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, experience and dedication to our craft and reputation for excellence.
You will have experience in motivating, growing and managing a team, the creative flair to wow your clients and the determination ability to build on an already successful business. Your role will include being responsible for the day to day running of the salon, marketing to current and potential customers and be proactive in growing and developing your team including performance management and team meetings.
The salon management role is hard work that requires someone with true determination to succeed, there are strong administrative and educational support systems that the Clipso salon group has to offer.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years salon management experience, 8 years hairdressing experience, and proven technical ability to inspire and grow the team.
The initial position is for a salon manager with the potential for a franchise position.
