Cancellation Policy and No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice in advance of your appointment time.
Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or should you fail to turn up to your appointment, will result in a £30 fee for a cut & finish and a £50 fee for a colour service. If you were having both services, then the fee will be £80. These amounts will be taken from your payment card at our discretion.
For continued no shows or late cancellations, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit upon booking your appointment. This will be non-refundable on a no-show or under 24-hour cancellation.
